Evaluation Report of the Move up project

The "Move up to be healthy and happy" project, after two years of implementation, has come to an end. The implementation of international activities was launched in January 2016. It focused on achieving the assumed goal, which was to raise the awareness of children, parents and teachers about a healthy lifestyle.

The key project activities included:

- innovative PE lessons for children from primary school classes,
- educational classes in the field of proper nutrition for children,
- workshops for parents and teachers,
- sporting events for children, young people and parents,
- setting up an internet platform for joint exchange of experiences,
- creating a handbook for children about healthy lifestyle and physical activity.

Partners from countries such as Poland, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Romania and the Czech Republic have spent countless hours to implement the planned activities, changing the habits of project participants for healthy choices.
As all statistics show, the Partnership achieved the planned products and results of the project. At each stage of project implementation, all planned activities were carried out equal to or larger than assumed in the project application. Partners have adopted various forms of implementation of project activities, adapting to the existing situations and possibilities. The project inspired the involved institutions to continue their efforts to raise the awareness of children, teachers and parents about the need to lead a healthy lifestyle. This fact is a huge success of the partnership, because the "Move up" project will have its continuation in the form of organized sports and recreation events and classes in schools. What is important, it motivated many people to work on changing the pro-health education system for the youngest, and this is the greatest success of the project.

We would like to thank all participants of the project - primary school pupils, teachers, parents, management of educational institutions, educators and the project team who put in a huge amount of work in the implementation of the above activities.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the evaluation report, which describes in detail the implemented activities, the results achieved, and also the conclusions and recommendations.
