Vitamins are very important for our health and body. Most of them facilitate many of the body’s mechanisms and perform functions which are not performed by any other nutrients. Vitamins are needed in varying amounts and some of them form key parts of structures such as red blood cells and bones.
Check a list of vitamins on our picture. Each vitamin is typically used in multiple reactions, and therefore most have multiple functions.

Team sports game

Team sports games develop interpersonal skills of children, at the same time, teach them to work in group and compliance with the rules. Games that motivate to physical activity, help to shape the child's concentration, memory, orientation, perception and reflexes. Games in groups develop also self-reliance, hardiness and discipline. Thanks to interaction with other children team games teach positive competition but also an incredibly useful skill of losing, that will not demotivate and associate with defeat in the future.

Educational materials for teachers

The teacher is a profession but first of all a vocation. Nowadays it’s not an easy job that’s why we really appreciate people who are doing their profession with passion and love to children. Teachers not only educate but also bring our children up and we need to remember about their important mission.

The main objective of the project Move up to be healthy and happy is to raise awareness about healthy lifestyle of children. One of the ways of being healthy is to do sport. Teachers need to run P.E. classes in schools, because very often this is the only opportunity for children to be active during the day.

P.E. classes don’t have to be boring or difficult to run!!! Try to mix it with elements of maths and you will be surprised from the effects:)

Use our PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASS SCENARIOS and let your work be more effective!
