Sugar, sugar

Do you know how much sugar do you consume in drinks? Read few facts and you will be really shocked.
  1. Coca Cola. In small can of this drink (330 ml) there are about 35 grams of sugar that gives 7 teaspoons.
  2. Juices and fruit drinks. In 300 ml of these drinks you will consume 6 teaspoons of sugar.
  3. Tea drinks. Drinking 300 ml of tea drinks you get almost 3 teaspoons of sugar.
  4. Drinkable yogurt. In a bottle of 300 ml there are 8 teaspoons of sugar.
  5. Flavored water. In 300 ml of such water you will find 3 teaspoons of sugar.
  6. Energy drinks. In small can (250 ml) there is 5,5 teaspoon of sugar.
Choose better - drink water!
