Carrot cake by Paula Olska.
Ingredients:
1 glass of wholegrain flour
1 tbl spoon of baking soda
1 tbl spoon of cinnamon
1 tbl spoon of cocoa
4 spoons of milled almonds
10 dates
3 apples
1 banana
1 carrot
1 spoon of raisins or cranberries
2 eggs
Apples, dates and banana cut
into small cubes and carrot just grate. Pour to the bowl all dry ingredients,
add almonds, fruits and mix them together. At the end beat the well stired eggs
and mix again. Put cake to the baking mold lined with baking paper and bake
around 40 minutes in the oven heated to 180' C.
